A leading BPO company in Pampanga is seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide technical assistance and ensure high-quality customer service. Applicants should be High School graduates with at least 2 years of customer care experience or a minimum of 6 months in technical support. This role involves troubleshooting IT-related issues and working with a team to meet performance goals. A starting salary of Php 28,000 plus bonuses is offered.
