Job summary

FirstBPO is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a growing telesales sales team with a strong focus on achieving targets and high performance. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and performance management to drive outcomes in a dynamic BPO environment.

You will lead, coach, and monitor agents, ensuring adherence to KPIs, handling objections, and driving improvements. On-site work in San Pablo City, Laguna is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a BPO Team Leader, Sales Team Leader, Telesales Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or sales-focused BPO operations is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales performance.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of sales KPIs, targets, conversion rates, and performance monitoring.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work on-site in San Pablo City, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Monitor daily sales performance, call activity, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
• Assist team members in handling customer concerns and overcoming sales objections.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare sales performance reports and provide updates to management.
• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve results.
