• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a BPO/contact center environment
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills
• Knowledge of contact center metrics, quality assurance, and performance management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in contact center systems and reporting tools
• Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay
• Amenable to a shifting schedule
• Can start immediately
