Offshore Business Processing Inc. seeks a seasoned Team Leader to drive performance across BPO operations in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor staff, lead multiple teams, and coordinate initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in process optimization. Candidates must be willing to work in Ortigas, Araneta, or Alabang on a shifting schedule.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Team Leader in a BPO environment.
• Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal and written; proficient in MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to implement strategies, build action plans and set goals.
• Leadership/supervisory experience in a BPO environment/freight forwarding company.
• Ability to resolve issues with clients and mentor staff.
• Experience in developing business processes to increase efficiency.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and reporting.

• Collaborate with HR, Training, and Quality to support business strategies.
• Improve value by streamlining processes and cost-effectiveness.
• Keep customer needs at the forefront of strategies and decisions.
• Understand customer service level agreements and commitments.
