Job summary

Movate is seeking a Specialist – Talent Acquisition for bulk and lateral hiring in BPO/ITES operations. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding coordination, and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality and candidate experience.

You will collaborate with Operations, HR, WFM, Training, and Business Leaders to support ramp-up plans and business growth. Immediate joiners preferred, based in Antipolo and Mckinley Hill – Manila.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience is required.
• Experience in BPO/ITES recruitment with mass hiring is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Interviewing and candidate assessment capability is needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Drive volume hiring for BPO/ITES functions and ramp-up projects.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers, Operations, HR, and Business Leaders; provide updates and dashboards.
• Guide salary discussions and roll out offers within guidelines; coordinate joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reporting; ensure process compliance.
