Job summary

Stark Asia Solutions Inc. is seeking a Spanish bilingual customer support representative to handle English and Spanish inquiries for our Banking and Finance accounts. The role is 100% onsite in Bridgetown e, Quezon City, with US night-shift schedules.

You will resolve customer issues, provide accurate product information, and maintain records while complying with company policies. 2+ years BPO experience in Spanish voice is preferred; Filipino citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 2 years of Spanish bilingual voice experience in a BPO setting.
• Background in collections, mortgage servicing, banking, or financial accounts preferred.

Job Qualifications:

• Language: Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Spanish bilingual voice experience in a BPO setting.

• Education: High school graduate or higher.
• Citizenship: Must be a Filipino citizen.
