Job summary

CPS Asia Pacific is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to plan, deploy, and maintain the technology backbone for our BPO facilities in Pasig. This role focuses on launching new offices, overseeing network and hardware deployments, and ensuring operational readiness to support high-performing contact center operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, systems administration, or network management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience supporting BPO, call center, or large office environments is highly preferred
• Experience participating in office IT deployments, expansions, migrations, or infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee deployment of IT infrastructure for new office locations and expansions
• Design, configure, and maintain network environments (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, connectivity)
• Coordinate procurement, imaging, and deployment of desktops, laptops, headsets, and other IT assets
• Work with ISPs, telecom partners, and vendors to ensure reliable service delivery
• Maintain IT security controls, user access management, and endpoint protection
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues
• Develop and maintain hardware asset inventories, software licensing records, and IT documentation
• Support office launches and IT-related projects to minimize business disruption
• Provide technical guidance during critical implementation phases and campaigns
• Collaborate with Operations, Facilities, HR, and external stakeholders to meet tech requirements
