Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, systems administration, or network management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience supporting BPO, call center, or large office environments is highly preferred
• Experience participating in office IT deployments, expansions, migrations, or infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee deployment of IT infrastructure for new office locations and expansions
• Design, configure, and maintain network environments (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, connectivity)
• Coordinate procurement, imaging, and deployment of desktops, laptops, headsets, and other IT assets
• Work with ISPs, telecom partners, and vendors to ensure reliable service delivery
• Maintain IT security controls, user access management, and endpoint protection
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues
• Develop and maintain hardware asset inventories, software licensing records, and IT documentation
• Support office launches and IT-related projects to minimize business disruption
• Provide technical guidance during critical implementation phases and campaigns

Job description

CPS Asia is seeking a hands-on and solutions-driven IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to support the establishment and ongoing operation of our BPO facilities. This role is responsible for planning, deploying, and maintaining the technology infrastructure required to launch and support high-performing contact center operations.

The ideal candidate has experience building and managing IT environments for BPO, call center, or shared services organizations and is comfortable overseeing infrastructure projects from initial setup through operational readiness. This position requires strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee the deployment of IT infrastructure for new office locations and operational expansions
• Design, configure, and maintain network environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and connectivity solutions
• Coordinate the procurement, configuration, imaging, and deployment of desktops, laptops, headsets, and other technology assets
• Work closely with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), telecommunications partners, and technology vendors to ensure reliable service delivery
• Implement and maintain IT security controls, user access management, endpoint protection, and infrastructure best practices
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues as needed
• Develop and maintain hardware asset inventories, software licensing records, and IT documentation
• Support office launches, operational transitions, and technology-related projects to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
• Provide technical support and guidance during critical implementation phases and campaign launches
• Collaborate with Operations, Facilities, HR, and external stakeholders to ensure technology requirements are met effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, systems administration, or network management
• Experience supporting BPO, call center, shared services, or large-scale office environments is highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience participating in office IT deployments, expansions, migrations, or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of: LAN, WAN, VPN, and VLAN technologies
• Network troubleshooting and connectivity management
• Hardware deployment and endpoint administration

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform physical installation activities, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and cable management

Comfortable working in office buildout environments and equipment staging areas
