Qualifications

• High School or Technical High School Diploma.
• Computer Science degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, MySQL, T-SQL or C++.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project-like custom implementations of contact centre tools.
• Configure, test, deploy, and support cloud-based contact centre applications.
• Collaborate with support teams, business analysts, solution engineers and internal clients.
