About the job VP for Information Technology
Vice President of IT to oversee technology operations, infrastructure, and business center support for over 6,000 employees across the Philippinesboth onsite (Manila and Cebu) and remote. This strategic role is responsible for aligning regional technology functions with global enterprise standards while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of all IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology leadership to define and execute IT goals across Manila and Cebu sites.
- Lead strategic IT initiatives and manage the implementation of enterprise solutions locally.
- Serve as the primary technology point-of-contact for site leaders and operational stakeholders.
- Drive programs that improve IT service delivery, security, compliance, and infrastructure performance.
- Oversee local execution of global IT strategies while maintaining alignment with company-wide technology standards.
- Manage vendor performance, service levels, and root cause analysis of infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with enterprise policies, regulatory standards (e.g., PEZA), and information security requirements.
- Support contact center technology operations, ensuring productivity and infrastructure scalability.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, both internally and through vendor partnerships.
- Oversee local technology budgets (P&L responsibility) and drive cost-efficiency across IT operations.
- Leverage roundtable feedback to drive continuous improvement across business centers.
Qualifications:
