Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking an instructional designer with 1–3 years of experience to help develop learning content and programs.

The role focuses on instructional design, curriculum development, and effective collaboration with stakeholders at the Alabang site. Ideal candidates have exposure to eLearning, ILT/VILT, microlearning, and storyboarding, with a solid grasp of adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• 1–3 years in instructional design or L&D.
• Degree in ID / Learning Design preferred but not required.
• Familiar with adult learning principles and ID models.
• Experience developing eLearning, ILT/VILT, microlearning, and job aids.
• Strong writing and stakeholder coordination; meets deadlines.
• Experience with authoring tools, LMS, and multimedia tools.

Job Description:

• College graduate.
• 1–3 years of instructional design, curriculum development, learning content development, or equivalent L&D experience.
• ID certification, degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Design, Learning Design, Education Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, learning objectives, assessments, storyboarding, and blended learning design.
• Experience supporting development of eLearning, ILT/VILT materials, job aids, microlearning, knowledge checks, and learner activities.
• Strong writing, organization, attention to detail, stakeholder coordination, and ability to manage assigned deliverables against timelines.
• Experience using authoring tools, presentation tools, LMS platforms, collaboration tools, and basic multimedia development tools.
• Must be amenable to work in Filinvest Axis Tower 2, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Authoring Tools:
