Job summary

Aleph Talent Solutions in the Philippines seeks a senior finance professional to lead cost control, payroll review, and FP&A activities in a hybrid on-site role in Cebu City.

You will analyze variances, optimize expenses, and drive profitability for clients, leveraging Excel, ERP, and BI tools to deliver accurate financial reporting.

The role requires accounting background, CPA preferred, Big 4 exposure, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Accountancy degree and CPA preferred; strong accounting background.
• Experience with internal controls and audit is a plus.
• Big 4 alumni are looked upon favorably.
• Familiarity with PFRS/GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Functions include cost control, payroll review, payroll reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Monitor budget vs. actual, expense review, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Analyze seat utilization, cost per hire, and employee profitability metrics.
• Prepare and review financial reporting using ERP/BI tools.
