TASQ Staffing Solutions is hiring a Finance Controller Lead for onsite work in Cebu City. The role leads PEZA reporting, compliance, and asset management, ensuring accurate financial data for internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate should drive risk mitigation and strengthen controllership across AP, tax, and reporting processes. The position requires 1–3 years in accounting fields, familiarity with local BIR/SSS/PhilHealth policies, and a solid grounding in Philippine accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting is required.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or controllership.
• Familiarity with PEZA regulations, compliance, and asset management.
• Knowledge of local BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth policies.
• Understanding of local labor laws and revenue regulations in BPO.
• Experience with PEZA monthly reporting requirements.
• Skills in asset monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Tax, and Controllership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of PEZA regulations, compliance, and asset management
• Familiarity with local BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth policies
• Understanding of local labor laws and revenue regulations, especially related to BPO industry
• Experience with PEZA monthly reporting requirements
• Skills in asset monitoring and risk mitigation
• Department experience in Accounts Payable, Tax, and Controllership

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Philippine Local Accounting Standards: Possess strong knowledge of local accounting policies, procedures, and legal requirements specific to the Philippines
• PEZA Compliance & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate PEZA reporting, including preparing and submitting necessary documents, and maintain compliance with PEZA regulations in coordination with government agencies
• Information Flow Management: Oversee the inflow of financial and operational data for both internal and external reports; validate, complete, and ensure timely submission of information
• Asset Monitoring & Risk Management: Track company assets to prevent losses or discrepancies; identify potential financial and compliance risks proactively and implement mitigation measures
• Monthly Performance Reporting (MPR): Prepare and analyze monthly reports to evaluate business performance and support strategic decision-making
