Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and interview plans for all open positions.
• Source, attract, and efficiently fill vacancies within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure one-day processing of walk-in applicants.
• Establish and expand networks to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Implement initiatives to improve the quality of hires.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and endorse qualified candidates to Operations.
• Facilitate reference checks and background verification for prospective employees.
• Prepare and send employment offers and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate and distribute new hire orientation packages.
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of all pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and recruitment standards.
• Prepare recruitment reports and perform special projects or tasks as assigned.
