Job summary

Connext is seeking a diligent Bookkeeping Specialist to manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple healthcare client accounts, focusing on accounts payable, invoice processing, daily banking, and accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365.

The role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines in Cebu onsite. Strong written and verbal English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of bill and expense entry, accounts payable, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, bills, expenses, and accounting corrections using QuickBooks Online.
• Manage finance inboxes and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Perform daily banking activities and monitor transactions.
• Handle accounts payable, invoice validation, and W-9 documentation when required.
• Support bank and credit card reconciliations and payroll entries.
• Track tasks using Microsoft Planner and follow established SOPs.
• Manage recurring bookkeeping responsibilities independently while meeting deadlines.
