Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team. You will manage entries in QuickBooks Online, perform reconciliations, and prepare journal entries while collaborating with teammates.

Experience with Bill.com and nonprofit accounting is a plus. You will work with Excel, Office tools, SharePoint, and Teams, supporting directors with data projects and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experienced Bookkeeper with strong Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online skills.
• Bill.com experience preferred; nonprofit background a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management.
• Can perform independently and collaborate through strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule to meet deadlines; occasional off-hours required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 3–5 teammates maintaining entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations in QBO.
• Prepare accurate journal entries in QBO.
• Use customers, classes, and reports effectively in QBO.
• Work using Excel, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Organize data and communicate issues promptly.
• Adapt to accounting tools like Bill.com, QBO, and Bill & Spend.
• Support directors with data projects as needed.
