Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring a Bookkeeper to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. The role focuses on maintaining entries in QuickBooks Online, performing reconciliations, and preparing journal entries, with collaboration among a small team.

You will work with Excel, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams, organizing data and communicating issues promptly. Flexible hours may be required for deadlines; onboarding includes a company PC and fiber internet setup.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bookkeeper with strong Excel and QuickBooks Online skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate through clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn industry standards, compliance, and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 3–5 teammates, maintaining entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations in QBO.
• Prepare accurate journal entries in QBO.
• Use customers, classes, and reports effectively in QBO.
• Work with Excel, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Organize data and communicate issues promptly.
• Adapt to tools like Bill.com, QBO, and Bill & Spend.
• Support directors with data projects as needed.
