Job summary

Beehive BPO is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, with strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll processes.

On-site training with a flexible hybrid setup after completion — enjoy working from home with 2 in-office days per month. Full government-mandated benefits and night differential pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience, including AP, AR and billing.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• On-site training with hybrid setup after completion (2 days in office per month).

Responsibilities

• Process AP, AR and Billing.
• Prepare and process customer invoicing
• Record and manage cash receipts
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Process weekly subcontractor payments
• Enter and manage job data in QuickBooks Desktop
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed
