Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage financial records in QuickBooks Online, handle daily transactions, and support month-end close.

You will perform reconciliations, post accruals, and ensure GAAP compliance while Collaborating with operations and finance teams for accurate reporting. The ideal candidate has proven experience in bookkeeping, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintaining financial records and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Record daily transactions including AR, AP, payroll entries, and journal entries.
• Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, credit cards, loans, and balance sheet accounts).
• Prepare and post monthly accruals (payroll, bonuses, expenses) and clear them timely.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with GAAP.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits and reviews.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or variances.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
