Job summary

Busy Bee Cleaning Co. is seeking a driven Booking Associate to manage the end-to-end booking process from inquiry to order confirmation in the CRM. The role includes upselling add-ons and serving as the first contact for complaints with empathetic handling before escalation.

Fluency in English, Bisaya, and Tagalog is required, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in general sales and knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in general sales.
• Experience in commercial cleaning, facility management, property management, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; fluent in English, Bisaya and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end booking process in the CRM from inquiry to order confirmation and upsell add-ons.
• Act as Level 1 contact for complaints, offering empathy before routing to the dedicated Customer Care Associate if unresolved.
