Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a BMS Operator in Taguig City, Philippines, to monitor and operate the Building Management System ensuring HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems run efficiently. You will join the Global Workplace Solutions team and support preventive maintenance and energy optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Vocational qualification in Facilities/Engineering, NCII, and at least 3 years in facilities management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate in Facilities Management or Engineering.
NCII Certificate required.
At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC).
Leadership and management experience.
Amenable to a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays.
Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure building systems function efficiently and within parameters.
Respond to system alarms, identify issues, and coordinate troubleshooting or corrective actions.
Review assigned work orders, monitor service requests, and track issue resolution and completion.
Support energy management by optimizing system performance and efficiency.
Monitor compliance with operating standards, safety requirements, and procedures, reporting abnormalities to Management.
