Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training in building systems.
• 2–3 years of experience operating BMS in commercial facilities.
• Familiar with BMS platforms such as Tridium, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Siemens.
• Ability to read drawings and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Able to work rotating shifts and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BMS to track HVAC, lighting, and energy use.
• Respond to alarms and faults with diagnosis and corrective actions.
• Adjust set points to balance energy efficiency and comfort.
• Document actions in CMMS with accurate records.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for repairs.
• Generate system reports to identify trends and improvements.
• Participate in after-hours emergency protocols.
