Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical vocational training in building systems, HVAC, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience operating BMS in commercial facilities.
• Proficiency with major BMS platforms: Tridium, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Siemens.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building control principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BMS to track HVAC, lighting, and energy across facilities.
• Respond to alarms and faults; diagnose issues; escalate as needed.
• Adjust set points and schedules to optimize energy and comfort.
• Document activities and maintenance in CMMS with detailed records.
• Conduct routine checks and preventive monitoring for failures.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for repairs.
• Generate system reports to identify trends and improvements.
