Responsibilities

Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure building systems are functioning efficiently and within established parameters.
Respond to system alarms, identify potential issues, and coordinate troubleshooting or corrective actions as needed.
Review assigned work orders, monitor service requests, and track resolution and completion.
Support energy management initiatives by optimizing system performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor building systems for compliance with operating standards and safety requirements.
