Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience operating BMS or building automation systems in commercial facilities.
• Proficiency with major BMS platforms such as Tridium, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Siemens.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, set points and system integration.
• Ability to read drawings and technical documentation for troubleshooting.
• Proven problem-solving skills under emergencies and high pressure.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office; ability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Building Management Systems continuously to track HVAC, lighting, and energy performance.
• Respond to alarms and complaints, diagnose issues and escalate as needed.
• Adjust set points and schedules to optimize energy efficiency while ensuring comfort.
• Document all activities in CMMS with accurate records.
• Perform routine system checks and preventive monitoring to identify failures.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for repairs and scheduling.
• Generate system reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Participate in emergency response protocols after-hours to ensure safety.
