• Able to interpret drawings and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BMS continuously to track HVAC, lighting, and energy use.
• Respond to alarms and faults with diagnostic actions.
• Adjust setpoints and schedules for energy efficiency and comfort.
• Document activities in CMMS and generate maintenance records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely repairs.
• Support emergency response and business continuity.
