Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. (JLLSPI) is seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Operator to monitor and optimize building services and critical infrastructure on-site in Quezon, Philippines.

You will manage alarms, adjust setpoints, and support maintenance teams with real‑time data and insights to ensure safe, efficient operations. You should have at least 3 years of BMS experience, a technical diploma or associate degree in HVAC or related field, and familiarity with major BMS

Qualifications

Technical diploma or associate degree in HVAC, EET, Building Automation, Programming, or TESDA NC II.
Minimum 3 years of experience operating and monitoring BMS in commercial/industrial/institutional settings.
Experience with Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or Delta Controls BMS platforms is advantageous.
Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, power, and IT networking related to BMS.

Responsibilities

Continuously monitor the BMS for alarms, faults, and deviations across building systems.
Operate and adjust BMS setpoints, schedules, and parameters to optimize comfort and energy efficiency.
Respond to critical alarms, assess severity, and escalate as needed to technical teams.
Coordinate and dispatch on-site maintenance personnel as required.
Maintain accurate records of BMS activities, alarms, incidents, and actions taken.
Assist in calibration/verification of BMS sensors and equipment.
