Job summary

TRANS OVERSEAS MANPOWER SERVICES INC. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations for aluminum doors, windows, and glazing systems in our Philippines facility.

You will coordinate with design teams, manage fabrication processes, and ensure timely delivery aligned with project deadlines. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in aluminum and glazing production.
• Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (or similar) required.
• 3–5 years of experience in aluminum and glazing production.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems (doors, windows, curtain walls).
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of production planning and quality control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities for aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and glazing systems.

• Prepare production reports and update management on progress. Manage and supervise factory labor and subcontractors.
