Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in aluminum and glazing production.
• Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (or similar) required.
• 3–5 years of experience in aluminum and glazing production.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems (doors, windows, curtain walls).
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of production planning and quality control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities for aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and glazing systems.
• Ensure production schedules are aligned with project deadlines and site requirements.
• Supervise fabrication processes including cutting, machining, assembly, and glazing works.
• Coordinate with the design and technical department for shop drawings and production details.
• Monitor material usage and control waste to optimize cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and monitor health & safety procedures within the factory.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and hardware.
• Prepare production reports and update management on progress. Manage and supervise factory labor and subcontractors.
