Job summary

Gomeco Metal Corporation in Valenzuela City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily fabrication, assembly, delivery, and installation of aluminum and uPVC products. You will plan production schedules, supervise factory staff, and ensure timely project completion.

The role requires strong leadership, sharp organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with Sales, Design and Project Management teams while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or aluminum/uPVC industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and procurement processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
