Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or appointment setting, with a track record of booked meetings.
• Excellent spoken English and a clear, confident, professional phone presence.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills, including objection handling.
• Comfortable working toward KPIs and targets, such as meetings booked per call.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and calendar scheduling tools.
• CRM experience or a willingness to learn one quickly.
• Resilient, persistent, and positive in the face of rejection.
• Self-directed, precise, and consistently dependable.

Responsibilities

• Call laboratories, doctors, and other healthcare providers from prepared lead lists.
• Introduce our products and services clearly and professionally in first conversations.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments straight onto the founder’s calendar.
• Handle objections and follow up with prospects who need more time or information.
• Keep lead lists current by logging call outcomes, notes, and next steps in Excel and the CRM.
• Track your own performance metrics, including calls made and meetings booked per call.
• Share feedback on call results and suggest ways to raise booking rates.
• Work closely with the founder to refine messaging and make the most of a focused pool of prospects.
