You will make outbound calls, introduce our offering, and book qualified meetings directly onto the founder's calendar so he can focus on running the meetings himself. The ideal candidate is a confident, persuasive communicator who thrives on hitting targets and working with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound calling experience with booked meetings.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills, including objection handling.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and targets (meetings booked per call).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and calendar scheduling tools.
• Experience using a CRM, or willingness to learn one quickly.
• Resilient, persistent, and positive when facing rejection.
• Diligent, precise, and able to operate independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to laboratories, doctors, and other healthcare providers from prepared lead lists.
• Introduce our products and services clearly and professionally in initial conversations.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments directly on the founder's calendar.
• Handle objections and follow up with prospects who need more time or information.
• Keep lead lists current by logging call outcomes, notes, and next steps in Excel and the CRM.
• Track personal performance metrics, including calls made and meetings booked per call.
• Share feedback on call results and suggest ways to improve booking rates.
• Work closely with the founder to refine messaging and get the most from a focused pool of prospects.
