Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, field service engineering, or a customer-facing technical support role within life sciences/biotechnology/medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the Biosciences business within the Philippines.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Biosciences solutions and applications.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Biosciences instruments and applications, both remotely and onsite.
• Perform equipment installations, preventive maintenance, calibration, and corrective repairs.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, territory reports, and market insights.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Logistics, Applications, and Customer Service to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive activities, and new product developments.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
