• Willing to undertake 24-hour calls and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in slide presentations and demonstrations.
• Confident and able to project a professional image.
• Able to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle all applications concerns and resolve promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customers are trained in performing assays, machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct customer lectures and trainings, and validate quality assurance with Field Service Engineers.
