Job summary

Waters is seeking a Biosciences Sales Engineer in the Philippines to drive growth and deliver technical value to customers. You will present, demonstrate, and advocate Biosciences solutions, identify customer needs, and support installations and service. Travel across the Philippines is expected, and English communication is essential.

The role requires 2–3 years in technical sales or field service within life sciences, with strong troubleshooting and customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technical sales or field service in life sciences or medical devices.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and supporting life sciences instrumentation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for Biosciences in the Philippines.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Biosciences solutions.
• Provide expert technical support remotely and onsite.
• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
• Manage customer relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, and market insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Applications, and Customer Service.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product developments.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
