Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in Bingo or Casino Operations with at least two (2) years in a managerial capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of traditional bingo operations, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated experience in developing bingo programs and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bingo operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, compliant, and customer-focused gaming sessions.
• Develop and manage business plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
• Analyze operational and financial results, including P&L, revenue, costs, and KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve bingo games, schedules, jackpots, promotions, and customer offerings based on data and market trends.
• Monitor staffing, equipment, resources, and overall operational efficiency while performing other assigned responsibilities.
