Job summary

Strategem Ventures Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Bingo Assistant Manager to support the Bingo Manager in daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help achieve revenue, profitability, and customer service objectives in traditional bingo environments.

The role involves supervising sessions, equipment and supplies, staffing, and coordination of marketing initiatives; you will monitor budgeting and P&L performance, and act as Officer-in-Charge when needed to maintain smooth,

Qualifications

• Three years (3+) of experience in Bingo or Casino Operations, including supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of traditional bingo operations and gaming regulations.
• Experience supporting bingo program development and marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L reporting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bingo operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality gaming activities.
• Supervise gaming sessions, equipment, supplies, facility readiness, and promptly resolve operational issues.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, labor costs, budgets, forecasts, and P&L reporting.
• Oversee staff deployment, scheduling, training, coaching, performance monitoring, and development.
• Serve as Officer-in-Charge in the Bingo Manager’s absence and perform other assigned responsibilities
