Job summary

• Three years (3+) of experience in Bingo or Casino Operations, including supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of traditional bingo operations and gaming regulations.
• Experience supporting bingo program development and marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L reporting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

JOB BRIEF

The Bingo Assistant Manager supports the Bingo Manager in the day-to-day leadership of Traditional Bingo Operations and assists in achieving departmental revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer service objectives. The position plays a key role in implementing bingo programs, marketing initiatives, financial controls, manpower management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
