Job summary

VIATechnik in Makati seeks a BIM Specialist (Electrical) to develop, coordinate, and maintain electrical BIM models for complex building projects. This hybrid role blends on-site collaboration with remote work, requiring close coordination with MEP and architectural teams and adherence to project standards.

You will review submittals, support clash detection, and prepare documentation and model exports for design reviews and construction, while helping improve workflows and model quality across

Qualifications

• BIM and BIM Coordination skills with hands-on experience in industry-standard BIM tools.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and Architecture to coordinate electrical designs within multidisciplinary models.
• Experience managing and integrating Submittals into BIM workflows, ensuring alignment with project specs and standards.
• Electrical design or drafting experience in the AEC industry, ideally on large/complex projects.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks or similar; familiarity with collaboration tools and model review processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid (office/remote) setting.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture/construction, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain electrical BIM models for complex projects.
