Job summary

VIATechnik Inc. in Makati is seeking a Digital Construction A/S Engineer (BIM Specialist A/S) to convert 2D drawings and point cloud data into field-ready BIM models using Revit, improving accuracy, safety, and efficiency on live projects.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to resolve clashes, ensure constructibility, and deliver high-quality models that bring real projects to life, with opportunities for technical leadership or project management paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Revit 3D modeling proficiency and basic Navisworks knowledge.
• Solid plan-reading skills (Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEPF).

Responsibilities

• Create detailed Revit 3D models from 2D drawings and point cloud scans.
• Lead clash coordination and produce clear coordination drawings.
• Ensure compliance with the VIATechnik BIM checklist and standards.
• Prepare and manage RFIs to resolve design ambiguities.
• Act as first-line quality control for project deliverables.
