Job summary

Black & White Engineering is actively seeking BIM specialist to implement BIM standards and coordinate across disciplines. You will work under the BIM Manager to ensure model quality, perform clash detection, and support design teams with coordinated BIM workflows.

The role requires expertise in Revit MEPF, Navisworks, and BIM360, with a strong focus on delivering accurate data and compliant models for projects in Makati and Quezon City locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• High level experience in using Revit MEPF and Navisworks software.
• Extensive experience in BIM from LOD 200 up to LOD 500.
• Familiar with RIBA stages (plan of work) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• With experience working in ACC/BIM360.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to BIM Manager as required.
• Implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for the project.
• Oversee the model validation and quality control process.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate the resolution of design issues from the model.
• Preparing the QC checklist and assuring the quality deliverables.
• Verifying if all exported data from the model are complete and accurate.
• Configuring models for all disciplines to ensure that the correct coordinate system is used, and models are matched.
• Assisting BIM team in modeling and in tight deadlines/schedules.
• Produce Revit families – 3D model, 2D symbols, and parameters according to project requirements.
• Contribute to and maintain BIM standards and library of BIM objects
• Support teams in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving clashes
• Review the updates from other design teams and report complicated issues to the BIM manager and design engineers.
• Attends weekly project meeting.
