Job summary

BG&E Engineers is seeking a structural BIM technician in Manila to support design teams across Australia, UK and NZ. The role centres on Revit modelling and drafting for building structures with collaboration across local and international teams.

Initial training will be in the office with a transition to hybrid work. Candidates should have 2+ years in Revit and drafting, plus knowledge of Revit families and drawing templates; Dynamo is a bonus; AutoCAD is not required.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ Revit and structural drafting experience.
• Working knowledge of Revit families and drawing templates.
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft office suites.
• Dynamo experience beneficial but not critical.
• AutoCAD experience does not carry any weight.

Responsibilities

• General Revit modelling and drafting for building structure projects assisting BG&E drafting teams from Australia, UK and NZ.
• Drafting of marked up drawings and preparing drawings for submission.
• Check and manage drawing sets.
• Working off Autodesk BIM360 and other cloud platforms.
• Work alongside local drafting team lead.
