Job summary

D2B is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead architectural projects across Australia and New Zealand in a remote PH-based role. You will oversee design coordination, documentation, consultant management, and project delivery, ensuring on-time completion and compliance with AU/NZ codes.

Requirements include 3–5 years on AU/NZ projects, proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience on AU/NZ projects.
• Experience in architectural project management or senior architectural coordination roles.
• Solid understanding of AU/NZ building codes, standards, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through to construction completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders across AU/NZ projects.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of architectural drawings, documentation, and design outputs.
• Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and design consistency.
• Support coordination of BIM workflows (Revit/ArchiCAD) and documentation control.
• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues throughout project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure smooth handover from design to construction phases.
