Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking a BIM/ CAD professional to serve as a BIM 360 Project Site Administrator. The role focuses on ensuring updates are cascaded to the site team and supporting shop drawings, as-built modelling and documentation.

The ideal candidate has CAD experience, basic Revit knowledge, and can be deployed to project sites within Metro Manila. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with willingness to work on-site.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Drafting, Architecture Technology or related courses

• Experience in CAD and basic knowledge in Revit

Responsibilities

• BIM 360 Project Site Administrator: cascade updates to site team including models, FCDs, DBs, RFIs/RFAs
• Coordinate and collaborate: guide site team through BIM process and resolve BIM queries
• Shop drawing, as-built modelling and documentation: update models per site development and generate outputs for as-built documents

• With work experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and basic knowledge in Revit.

Must be willing to be assigned to any project site within Metro Manila.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building Information Model (BIM) 360 Project Site Administrator

  • Ensures that all updates (newly published models, uploaded For Construction Drawings (FCDs) & Design Bulletins (DBs), Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Approval (RFA) responses etc.) are properly cascaded to the project site team.

• Coordination and Collaboration

  • Guides the project site team through the BIM process and assists them with queries and issues with the BIM.

• Shop drawing, As Built Modelling & Documentation

  • Updates models based on recent development within the project, includes but not limited to design update and/or as per actual site condition.
  • Produces project outputs/for As-Built documents from BIModels.
  • Assists the project site team with modeling and detailing on projects.
