Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a BIM/AE engineer to interpret plans, convert PDFs to DWG, and generate construction documents from 3D models according to client-specified LODs. You will deliver projects on time and support team members with related tasks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or E/M/C engineering and at least 2 years in construction management, with strong Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360 skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Construction Management.
• Proficient with BIM tools: Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans and convert PDFs to DWG, create construction documents from 3D models per client LODs.
• Deliver projects on time with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Objectives:

Accurately interpret plans, convert PDF file to DWG file, create construction documents from 3D models based on LODs set by the clients, and Deliver projects on time and work quickly and efficiently. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor' Degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or in similar field of expertise
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Construction Management
• Familiar and Proficient with the following program/application: Revit MEP /Naviswork/BIM 360 and other BIM related tools
• The candidate must be enthusiastic and proactive, moreover possess a strong sense of ‘malasakit’ attitude and integrity
