DMCI Homes is looking for an experienced BIM professional to lead modeling, coordination, and implementation across multidisciplinary teams in our building projects. You will supervise model development, ensure compliance with BIM standards and workflows, and deliver accurate construction drawings on schedule to support project teams.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in BIM, proficiency with Revit and Navisworks, and a proactive mindset for process optimization.
Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with coursework or training in technical drafting and BIM (Building Information Modelling) software (e.g., Revit).
Holds BIM-related certifications (e.g., Revit or Navisworks course certification) is an advantage.
Proficient in BIM tools, particularly Revit and Navisworks, with a solid understanding of modeling techniques and industry standards.
Has experience in BIM coordination, model development, and clash detection using tools such as Navisworks.
Demonstrates the ability to review and ensure compliance with BIM protocols, workflows, and project requirements.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail in model accuracy and coordination.
Has experience in managing BIM deliverables and supporting project teams in a multidisciplinary environment is preferred.
Has at least 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, coordination, or related fields.
Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day development of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
Leads the production and timely delivery of “For Construction Drawings” and other BIM-related outputs.
Conducts clash detection using Navisworks and collaborates with project teams to resolve conflicts.
Supports project teams in implementing BIM workflows and methodologies for efficient model development.
Enforces compliance with BIM standards, design standards, and workflows.
Conducts quality checks on BIM models and drawings to verify adherence to organizational standards and project objectives.
Contributes to maintaining and updating libraries of templates, families, and modeling standards for consistency across projects.
Identifies inefficiencies in modeling workflows and recommends process improvements to enhance team productivity.
Manages and monitors the research and development of new BIM tools, technologies, and methodologies that can optimize model development.
Monitors the implementation of innovative practices that improve collaboration, model quality, and project outcomes.
Manages and ensures the accuracy, security, and accessibility of BIM-related data for team members.
Maintains detailed records of modeling activities, updates, and revisions for project tracking and reporting.
Prepares and shares reports on model progress, compliance, and other BIM-related insights.
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their proficiency in BIM tools and methodologies.
Promotes knowledge sharing by fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging best practices within the team.
