Job Summary

Provides technical leadership in BIM implementation, coordination, and support across projects.

Purpose

To ensure high-quality BIM outputs and adherence to technical standards and workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop,maintain, and refine highly detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Create complex parametric families, templates, and libraries to improve project efficiency and standardization.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project-specific requirements, design intent, and client standards.
• Diagnose and resolve modeling, data, and performance issues within BIM software and models.
• Apply and uphold BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), company standards, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and model structure throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure consistency and alignment with design and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with BIM Supervisor, BIM Coordinator, and other Senior BIM Specialist to verify accuracy of outputs before submission.
• Develop and implement automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Support BIM Modelers by sharing best practices and providing technical training.

Qualifications

• Architecture or Engineering graduate – with professional licensed.
• With 4 years of work experience in BIM.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools.
• Deep technical understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and model structures.
