Job summary

DMCI Homes in Makati City is seeking a BIM Specialist to support complex multi-disciplinary projects by developing BIM models, coordinating with teams, and ensuring up-to-date documentation.

You will extract construction drawings from BIM models, publish clash-free models, and participate in BIM meetings. Degree in Architecture or Engineering and at least 2 years of BIM experience are preferred; fresh graduates with relevant coursework are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Architecture or Engineering with BIM training or coursework.
• At least 2 years experience as BIM specialist or similar.
• Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internship accepted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM models per standards and quantity extraction requirements.
• Develop models and detailed designs from plans.
• Keep models up-to-date and upload to BIM 360.
• Extract and prepare construction drawings from BIM models on schedule.
• Publish clash-free models and coordinate meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with formal training or coursework in technical drafting and BIM software (e.g., Revit)

• Preferably with at least two (2) years proven experience working as BIM specialist or similar role

• Open to fresh graduates with relevant coursework, training or internship experience in modeling

Must be willing to work at the Head Office in Bangkal, Makati City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares BIM models in strict compliance with modeling standards and protocols, including compliance to quantity extraction requirements

• Develops models and detailed designs from plan drawings and reference drawings

• Ensures that models are up-to-date and uploaded to BIM 360

• Extracts and prepares 'For construction drawings' from BIM models in accordance to target schedule

• Ensures that models are published free of clashes and conflicts

• Participates in BIM meetings and other coordination meetings
