Job summary

WSP Philippines is seeking a skilled BIM Architect to develop architectural BIM models for landmark projects. You will work under the BIM Lead to ensure adherence to BIM standards, contribute to concept through tender design, and deliver accurate drawings on schedule.

The role requires 3+ years in BIM, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. On-site work in Metro Manila with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Able to do detailing and tender documentation drawings.
• Involvement in building project with team of modelers, architects and engineers.
• Basic knowledge on reading and interpretation of architectural drawings.
• Experience in BIM 360 and ProjectWise is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform BIM Modelling for architectural projects under the supervision / direction of BIM Lead / Architect.
• Ensure drawings are produced according to the Company’s BIM standard and adhere to office BIM procedure.
• Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM Project workflow criteria / checklist.
• Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner.
• Report regularly to BIM Lead / Architect on the progress of work.
• Ensure all exported information are recorded in the correct directory.
• Experience in large projects and work with multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Tender documentation.
• Perform QAQC on modelled elements to ensure quality.
• Responsible to participate and support the Company’s SHEQ within their scope of duties.
