Job summary

eClerx Philippines, Inc. invites a Training & Process Documentation Specialist - Billing (SME) to lead training, documentation, and knowledge management for our billing operations.

You will design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training, build SOPs and training materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, standardized processes and measurable training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
• 1-2 years of training, coaching, mentoring, or SME experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end billing processes and reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or third-party billing portals preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, structured training materials.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, refresh, cross-skill, and upskill Billing/AR teams.
• Deliver end-to-end billing process training: invoices, submission, reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, MOPs, manuals, job aids, guides.
• Create training decks, facilitator guides, exercises, knowledge checks.
• Lead classroom, virtual, and hybrid trainings.
• Identify gaps and recommend training interventions.
• Collaborate with Ops, QA, SMEs, Finance, Collections, CS, and clients to validate content.
• Support transitions, new client launches, readiness, QA, audits.
• Update materials based on process changes and findings.
• Track attendance, completion, certification, and effectiveness.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement.
